See all 22 reviewsI been shopping and having my breakfast regularly in DSO Spinney. Very dissapointed with the experience today . Ordered a 2.7kg cake for a birthday party and was told no knife provided. How to cut cake without a knife ???? I can’t even pay for it . The answer i get from the manager is all cake shop do not provide knife. Are you sure? Your neighbour is smart enough to sell cake knife. Hope feedback from customer is valued instead of giving excuses.
Always great quality products, kind personnel, freshly cooked breads, sweets, home made food. Large selection and convenient spacious parking. Quality is followed by higher prices than any other supermarket, but people still choose it .
I just want to share the bad experience we had today at the MANAGER of Spinneys coffee shop side. We are regular customers of Spinneys, and today we bought salad, Coke, and water from the store together with our own food and sit to eat. But the manager raised his voice at us saying, “NOT ALLOWED TO EAT FROM OUTSIDE FOOD.” He could have simply explained politely, but instead he said it loudly in front of other customers, which was very embarrassing for us. It was really unpleasant and left us unhappy with the service. I hope this can be addressed so other customers won’t face the same experience. We always shop here, but this experience really discouraged us!
Nice and lovely place inside garden areas. Nice community and around. Lovely place for having food in calm places
The food at Spinneys kitchen is very tasty, fresh, and reasonably priced. The food display is very appealing and all the surfaces are super clean. The staff are extremely friendly and they pay attention to detail. The food variety is large and everyone can find something to suit their dietary requirements.
