Jumeirah Mosque & Once Upon a Time Museum
The Jumeirah Mosque Visit is the flagship program of the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Centre for Cultural Understanding, presented under the banner of "Open Doors. Open Minds." This immersive experience offers insight into the architecture of the mosque and the religion of Islam through an engaging and informative guided tour. In addition to the mosque, you’ll have the chance to say hello and interact with the falcon and camels, our special friends of the desert. Try traditional refreshments and have fun experiencing the art of henna, a beautiful touch of culture to take home with you. Explore the Once Upon a Time Museum, showcasing artifacts from past decades, along with an art gallery featuring works by local artists, offering a unique blend of heritage and contemporary creativity. Modest clothing is preferred during the visit.
Jumeirah Mosque Admission
For guests aged 13 years old & above. Daily at 10:00am and 2:00pm except Fridays. Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes. Modest clothing is preferred, traditional dresses can be borrowed from the Mosque. Free acess to children aged 11 years and below.
Once Upon a Time Museum Admission
For guests aged 13 years old & above. Daily from 9:00am to 5:00pm except Fridays. Acces to Once Upon a Time Museum at Jumeirah Mosque. Free acess to children aged 11 years and below.
