Everything at Riva was nice. The staff were attentive and very polite, always with a smile. I spent enjoyable days at this place. Just remember, if you use Google Maps to navigate your way, it is a bit inaccurate.  Find Building 8, and take a right just after the building, and you'll get to the club through the autopark if you drive.

Beach: beachside and sand have a lot of sharp stones. You can need to walk only with shoes. Water is well maintained.
Restaurant: Food is delicious and price tag is reasonable.
Sometime, your 20% is not working, you should always remind.

Bad sides:
* No one in entrance - no any person to assist. I took some magazines, there was no price tag and placed in narrow corridor. (Not sure if I should pay or not pay, there were no one to ask)
Improving reception would be great help.

* In waiting area, no trash bins, and people are leaving trash on tables. which not cleaned for a long time

* Pool water was cold

Overall: good with kids, but not extremely super quality, how ever very good for its price

Verily nice pool with very good restaurant and bar. Have a nice after work drink or on the weekend with kids. It’s very place to chill. Super friendly staff. Super Kids friendly.
Enjoy the pool or have a swim in the sea. Coming here many times. Specially in the summer is perfect as the pool is in shadow.
Their food is always nice. Tried today their taco Friday special and loved it will definitely be back next Friday for it.
Also it’s one of the Rare places
You can have your food with your dog
On the terrace. Plus points for that too.
Big screens to watch football.
Enjoy the entre fee in redeemable on food and drinks.
Thanks again to their staff who makes us always very welcome and for today recommending the tacos was a winner. Well done to the kitchen team as well.

Have a lately update for my ex favorite  Riva …
I have allergies for tobacco and lately saw many people smoking at the beach - even so many family with kids and babies around them .
Couple was smoking exactly on me - so I said that I have allergies and been told that I can move , same been told by waiters and same been told by a manager ((( and I was actually there before that couple like 3 hours …
Public places , as I am aware smoking in Dubai beaches  is not allowed.
But as it is private beach it is allowed , But no any sigh is outside - smoking area or not smoking area.
Long conversation with manager - and I can move to the pool… why? As I paid for a beach access?
So  unfortunately have to change 5 star rate for much less , even nice place and never before had any issues with personnel …
Always thought that people have to be understanding for that ones who have some “ medical issues “ as I been told today …

Riva Beach Club is an absolute gem for anyone looking to unwind by the water with a blend of luxury and comfort. From the moment you step in, you’re greeted with a relaxing atmosphere and stunning views of the Dubai Palm. The beach is well-maintained, offering a peaceful escape from the city’s hustle and bustle.

A lovely beach but it’s such a shame how lately it has gone downhill. The service is practically non existent with long long waits for food and drinks. The partnership they are doing with hotels means it can be hard to get sun beds. There are much nicer places to go with much better service sadly

It's a very relaxing place for beach lover's. From open beach to swimming pool and food with drinks is the perfect combination for any beach clubs. Addition to that the live DJ both is also a bonus. Its lively and full during the weekends and holiday season. Overall a fun place to go and relax. Must visit

A great place to eat and enjoy pool and beach. It has excellent menu and the staffs are all helpful and friendly. The ambience of the place is perfect for a family dinner or to go on a date.

Excellent beach club that caters for everybody. Great pool and beach. Good drinks and excellent food. Would highly recommend a visit and you won’t want to leave!
