We recently visited this place and was shocked by the unhygienic conditions. The provided shoes and jackets were dirty,smelly and torn. The lounge was broken and didn't match the Google reviews. Although the staff was friendly and tried their best, the management's failure to maintain basic hygiene and post accurate representations is concerning. I hope the concerned authorities take action to address these issues.

When we go from the enormous heat outside to -6 °C, it's a striking contrast — a real relief. The atmosphere is magical: the ice sculptures, the carved seats and tables, the play of light ... everything is designed to amaze. The staff is welcoming, the thermal clothing provided avoids the brutal cold, and the hot drink on arrival (hot chocolate or tea) adds a comforting touch

Chillout Ice Lounge offers a unique and frosty escape in the heart of Dubai. As the Middle East's first ice lounge, it provides a novel experience where everything is made of ice, from the furniture to the sculptures. Upon entering, guests are provided with thermal clothing to keep warm in the sub-zero temperatures.

You pay 89 AED to enter, then the freeze experience starts.
You are given warm clothes (jacket, woolen gloves & cap and if you want trouser & boots).
Once you enter into the not-particularly- large room (maybe 12m x 8m), you are offered a free hot drink (e.g. chocolate), then you can order (optional). The menu is limited (expected as they have to serve it quickly, in like 15’) and if you plan to order you’d better do it right away as it won’t be long before you say “enough cold for today”. If you get a philly sandwich for example (which is good), it’ll come in a plastic container as they know that most likely you won’t finish it in there.
The decoration is various  sculptures (animals, human figures etc., all from ice) while the music is classic, popular rock songs.
Seats are wooden or stone with a moquette carpet on top.
All prices are reasonable.
You can park in the mall’s lot or at the street.

The place was a little bit small. It would’ve been nice if the size was doubled. Nevertheless, we had fun literally chillin’. The staffs were accommodating and friendly too.

Came here expecting a big, spacious place — turned out to be quite small. Not sure if we were supposed to get the local/GCC resident ticket price, but we ended up paying the tourist price because the staff didn’t know.

The ice statues inside were barely recognizable, as most of their features were melting. That’s something to consider before entering. It doesn’t feel fair to charge the same price for someone who visits right after the statues are freshly sculpted and someone who comes a month later when they’ve lost shape.

We ordered a cup of hot chocolate — it was alright. No coffee, unfortunately.

Side note to the staff: please avoid slamming the staff door behind us every time you enter — it’s quite annoying, especially when the place is already silent except for the AC, and there’s no background music.

Such a cozy yet freezing experience, and that’s the whole concept! We had the most delicious hot chocolate while sitting in six degrees cold… in Dubai! Can you imagine that? Definitely coming back to escape the heat and enjoy another hot chocolate, or maybe even a pizza. Their menu has a great selection of sweets, pizzas, and sandwiches, all worth trying. The staff is super friendly, and I heard they will have a special Ramadan theme soon. Can’t wait!

Chill Out Ice Lounge is an icy wonderland, and the -6 degree experience was mind-blowing! Huge shoutout to Janet, whose service added the perfect warm touch to our frosty escapade.

Sipping on a steaming hot chocolate while surrounded by the chill was a thrilling contrast, and the cake was a sweet masterpiece.

An ice cafe is a very interesting experience when the streets of Dubai are over 40 degrees Celsius. The ticket price includes chicken skewers and hot chocolate, both very tasty. The menu also includes ice popcorn. I recommend trying it

I have walked past it a few times and never done it.
Decided with some friends to finally do it.
Was agroup of 4 so we got a good discount.
Got all the warm clothing with boots. Trousers, jacket, gloves and hat to keep us nice and warm.
Inside there are so many amazing ice sculptures and ice art, truly amazing to see in the heat of Dubai.
Was very nice to actually feel cold for the first time in many months.
Got the complimentary hot chocolate that was nice and some chicken.
Was a little bit weird being served chicken that was kept warm over a tea light...
When you think traditional hotchoclate you would think marshmallows..... but was still nice.
I would 100% do it again.

This time I decided to surprise my wife with very different birthday so me and my daughter decided to take her to Chillout Ice Lounge ( located in G flour) in Times Square Mall and the stuff out there was amazing, am really thankful, we enjoy a nice and unforgettable party organized by the stuff , my wife loved it and she was so happy that she forgot the icy 😂 temperature.

Great place for people to experience extreme cold. It’s -6 and all the furniture is made of ice which is pretty spectacular 😍

There’s no experience like this in Dubai.

You can order hot chocolate, hot chicken skewers and some sweets to enjoy with the freezing cold.

I surely recommend, but your tickets online or over the counter. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

U will get a special equipment to feel warm and enjoy your staying. There are also beautiful ice sculptures worth taking pictures.

It is a nice experience you do it once in your life time.
The fact that you are sitting in a room surrounded with ice blocks and statues made of ice in the middle of a country with desert biome is exciting.
Plus, the complimentary hot chocolate cup comes to warm your stomach .
Kids will definitely enjoy it.

But I don't recommend it for couples, you can't remove your gloves. Your fingers will freeze.

It was a great experience, as its the opposite of what you experience everyday in dubai "hell".
It was so cold i stopped feeling my fingers after 15 minutes.
The staff were kinda lazy, there was trash on the tables (left over by people who left) and the staff didn't bother to clean it up 😤

Chillout Ice lounge is a cafe maintaining in minus 3 degree . It was a new experience to have a coffee and hot chocholate by sitting on ice table and ice bench. The interior design is full of ice only. The ceiling is made full of ice only. The lighting and sitting arrangement is a special view. Everything made up of was ice. Could enjoy with family.

Visited with my family and friends on Friday.
- Parking is easy to find.
- Got an offer at the time of payment for my Bank Card.
- Spend like 30 minutes.
- Hot chocolate is average.
- Serving staff don't care what are you doing.
- Its expensive for a cup of hot chocolate.

Small place but good and the hot coco was amazing , so cooold

It is a different place to see. Well maintained the temperature. Floor setting can be improved and they should change the so called "Hot Coffee" with good one instead of complan/milo kind of chocolate drink. The place is crowded when there is group of people are inside you will very less room to move around.

It’s an awesome experience.

It’s very bad experience there was cake included in our deal and they lied and excused us that it’s currently not available but I found available in their facility.

There is nothing for entertainment just a small type of hall where they kept all ice made animal and other stuff and lightening. The costume they provided was very bad...in short it’s a waist of time and money to visit them..

Great for older kids to enjoy and to take fun family photos. Hot chocolate is delicious, but not much food on the menu. Perhaps too cold to enjoy a meal anyway!
